Ets2 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
These terms and conditions govern your use of the ets2 platform. Please read them carefully before registering or using any of the services provided.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account or using any part of the ets2 platform, you agree to be fully bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you are not permitted to use this platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and ets2. Your continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be deemed as your acceptance of the updated terms.
The ets2 platform is only accessible to individuals aged 18 and above. Users who register with false information or do not meet the age requirement may have their accounts terminated immediately without compensation.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on ets2. Owning more than one account is a breach of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without refund of remaining balances.
You are solely responsible for the security of your password and account login details. ets2 will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your account information confidential.
- Use a strong, unique password for your ets2 account.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- Notify the support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- Ets2 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time for security purposes.
All personal information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. ets2 reserves the right to suspend or close any account found to contain false or incomplete information.
3. User Responsibilities & Usage Rules
As an ets2 platform user, you agree to comply with all rules and policies set out herein. The platform is intended for personal entertainment purposes only and must not be used for any unlawful activity.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ets2 platform:
- Use of automated software, bots, or any method to manipulate the betting system.
- Collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating in games or betting.
- Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account.
- Uploading, submitting, or distributing content that is unlawful, threatening, or offensive.
- Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the operation of ets2 systems.
- Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity.
Violation of any of the above rules will result in immediate action, including account suspension or closure, and where necessary, further legal proceedings.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All transactions on the ets2 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals must be made exclusively through payment methods approved by ets2.
Deposit
Funds deposited into your ets2 account are solely for use on the platform. ets2 does not cover any charges imposed by banks or third-party payment service providers. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary depending on the selected payment method.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframes set by the platform. ets2 reserves the right to hold withdrawals for security review or compliance purposes. Funds obtained through fraudulent activity or breach of these terms are not eligible for withdrawal.
Bonus Wagering Requirements
All bonuses and promotions received through the ets2 platform are subject to specific wagering requirements before any bonus funds can be withdrawn. These requirements are stated in the terms of each respective promotion and should be read alongside these general terms.
5. Liability Limits, Accounts & Intellectual Property
Liability Limits
Ets2 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or business interruption.
Ets2 services are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. ets2 does not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times.
Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
Ets2 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account at any time and without prior notice if:
- There is evidence of fraud, system manipulation, or breach of these terms.
- The user has failed to provide the required identity verification documents.
- The account has been inactive for the specified period.
- There is a request from a relevant authority or regulatory body.
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, trademarks, graphics, designs, and software found on the ets2 platform are the exclusive property of ets2 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, reproduce, or distribute any platform content without prior written consent.
6. Third-Party Links, Amendments & Governing Law

The ets2 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites for informational purposes only. ets2 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Amendments to Terms
Ets2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time at our sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the procedures prescribed under applicable Malaysian law.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
